When will my order ship

At Wayne Tile, we understand that staying on schedule is essential for any renovation or new build. Our shipping timelines depend on the status of your material and your location:

• In-Stock Materials: Most orders for in-stock tile are processed and ready to ship within 2 business days of order placement.
• Regional Delivery (NJ): Local deliveries handled by our private fleet are typically scheduled within a few business days of the order being pulled. You will receive an order confirmation with your estimated delivery timeframe.
• Nationwide LTL Shipping: For customers outside our local delivery area, we partner with reliable third-party carriers. While we strive for prompt dispatch, transit times vary by destination. Once your order is ready to ship, our team will provide a more specific timeline for arrival.
• Special Order Materials: If your selection is a special order, lead times can vary. These typically range from 2 weeks to several weeks depending on the complexity of the custom order and whether it is made-to-order or supplied by one of our specialty tile vendors.

We strongly recommend that you do not book your installers until you are in physical receipt of your tile and have verified that it is correct. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines and ship material correctly, there can be unforseen circumstances that can lengthen our delivery timeline.
