Local Delivery

At Wayne Tile, we offer hassle-free local delivery services for customers in proximity to our locations. For a standard fee, our trucks will transport your tile orders directly to your doorstep. While we do not provide in-home delivery, we are happy to place pallets in a convenient outdoor location or garage, if accessible. Please ensure the garage is accessible and provides a safe space for delivery.

Porcelain Slab Delivery

For customers ordering porcelain slabs, we require a $400 A-Frame deposit. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the A-Frame to one of our locations. Our team will handle the delivery with care, ensuring your porcelain slabs arrive safely. If you have specific delivery instructions or concerns, please communicate them with us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

LTL Nationwide Shipping

For customers outside of our local delivery area, we offer nationwide shipping via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. We partner with reliable third-party shipping services to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Shipping costs will vary based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. Please contact us for a shipping quote and to discuss your delivery options. We are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience and will keep you informed every step of the way.

Wayne Tile Delivery Information

  • Upon placing your tile order, our staff will assist you with the delivery option and finding a day that works well for both parties.
  • Our delivery team utilizes software that will notify you of their estimated time of arrival via text and email. It is important that you provide us with the correct phone number which can receive these messages and keep you informed of your delivery timeframe.  
  • Please inspect your tile order upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations. It is important to verify color or style and quantity of material.
  • Please also inspect for any damage or potential damage. 
  • Our drivers will photograph the order to verify it is delivered, for both of our records.
  • A signature is required for delivery. If you are unable to be home while we deliver, we can leave the material outside in a convenient location and photograph it in leu of a signature.

At Wayne Tile, we want  you to be completely satisfied with your tile purchase. Prior to making a return, please consider holding a small amount of tile back to use for any potential repairs that might need to take place. With tile styles rapidly changing, it is likely we will no longer have the same tile in just a few years. Please review our Return Policy carefully before making a return. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return must be for the full box of tiles; partial box returns are not accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, the tiles must be in their original, unopened packaging and in good condition.
  • No returns are accepted on Marble, Natural Stone or Glass products.
  • No returns on Special Order or Outlet Center & Clearance Sales. 

Handling Fee

  • A 20% handling fee will be applied to all returns.
  • The handling fee helps cover the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking returned items.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact the store and, if possible, the sales person that assisted you with the order. You can also visit the store in which you made the purchase within 30 days of the original sale.
  • If possible, please provide your order number or name the order was placed under along with any details about the items you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. 

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, a refund, minus the 20% handling fee, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account. 

Damage or Defective Items

  • If you receive damage or defective tiles, please contact the location in which you placed your order.
  • We will work with you to arrive at a solution for damaged or defective goods.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Wayne Tile Company reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Customers are advised to review the policy before making a return. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the return policy.
