Is there a minimum order for shipping

There is no minimum order size at Wayne Tile. Whether you need a single box of mosaics or ten pallets of 24x48 tiles, we are happy to ship to your home or job site.

However, keep in mind that shipping costs are determined by the weight of the material and the delivery method:

• Small Orders: For very small orders (typically under 3–4 boxes), we can often utilize Small Parcel shipping (UPS/FedEx), which is the most cost-effective way to receive a small amount of tile.
• Large Orders: Once an order exceeds a certain weight, it must be palletized and shipped via a freight carrier (LTL) to ensure it arrives without breaking. Because freight carriers charge a minimum "base rate" for the truck and lift-gate service, shipping a single pallet can often cost the same amount whether it has 10 boxes or 40 boxes on it.

To get the best value on shipping, we recommend ordering all your project materials at once—including your main floor tile, backsplash, and even setting materials—to consolidate them onto a single shipment.
