How will my tile order be delivered

At Wayne Tile, we specialize in the safe transport of heavy materials. Depending on the size of your order and your location, we utilize three primary delivery methods:

• Small Parcel (UPS/FedEx): For smaller orders—such as mosaics, decorative accents, or a few cartons of wall tile—we can often ship via small parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx. This provides a faster, more flexible delivery directly to your door.
• Local Wayne Tile Fleet: For customers in the NJ/NY area, our own professional truck fleet provides reliable doorstep delivery. You will receive an ETA via text and email once our driver is on the way.
• Nationwide LTL Freight: For larger, palletized orders, we use specialized freight carriers equipped with residential lift-gates. The driver will lower the pallet and move it to a safe, level area such as your driveway or garage.

Regardless of how it arrives, please inspect your order within 48 hours. If you notice any transit damage, simply take a photo and contact us immediately so we can ship out replacements and keep your project on schedule.
