How long will it take to receive my order

- In-Stock Items: Orders for materials currently in our local inventory are typically processed and ready for shipment or showroom pick-up within 1-2 business days.
- Regional Delivery: For deliveries within the Northeast (NJ, NY, PA, CT, MA), you can generally expect your tile to arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed.
- Sample Orders: Our $1 samples are shipped via small parcel and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, allowing you to see and touch the material in your own lighting before committing to a full order.
We recommend finalizing your selection and placing your order at least 2 to 3 weeks before your contractor is scheduled to begin installation. This provides a comfortable buffer for shipping, allows you to inspect your delivery before work starts, and gives our team time to resolve any unexpected issues so your project stays on schedule.
