how do i return tile
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have extra material or have changed your mind, our return process is designed to be as straightforward as possible while accounting for the specialized handling required for heavy materials.
Keep an "Attic Stock" Before initiating a return, we highly recommend keeping at least one or two cartons of your tile on hand. Having "Attic Stock" from your original production lot is the only way to ensure a perfect match for potential future repairs, such as plumbing fixes or accidental damage, as future dye lots may vary.
The Return Requirements:
- 30-Day Window: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Full, Unopened Cartons: To ensure the quality of the material for the next customer, we can only accept returns on full, unopened cartons in good, resalable condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% handling charge applies to all returns. This fee covers the specialized labor required to inspect, re-palletize, and restock these heavy materials.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their unique nature and fragility, the following items cannot be returned:
- Marble & Natural Stone
- Glass Tile
- Special Orders (Custom items)
- Outlet Center Sales
- Samples, Sealers, and Setting Materials (Grout/Adhesives)
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact the showroom where you made your purchase or email [email protected] with your order number. Once your return is authorized, you may bring the material back to any of our showroom locations.
Please note: "Use constitutes acceptance." Please inspect all tile before installation. We cannot offer returns, credits, or allowances once the material has been installed.
