How can I cancel my order
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via your local showroom or by emailing [email protected]. We will make every attempt to process a cancellation prior to your order being pulled from our inventory or shipped.
Because tile is a heavy and logistically intensive material, our warehouse teams pull and stage many orders daily. The earlier we are notified of a cancellation, the better we can assist you in stopping the process before the material is palletized and loaded for transit.
If your order has already been pulled or has left our facility, it may be subject to our standard Return Policy and applicable restocking fees. To ensure the fastest resolution, please have your order number ready when you reach out.
